You can make the OEM camera work with the Android screen by selecting the OEM Camera option within the settings.

Installation Notes

Moving the stock 2 green fiber optic wires to the Linux harness.
Be sure to move the stock 2 green fiber optic wires to the Linux harness. Otherwise the maintenance information will not show up and you will not get the Linux sound.

Connect the audio cable between the Linux screen audio output and the car's AUX IN
You need to connect the audio cable between the Android screen audio output and the car's AUX IN if necessary. Only then you can get the sound of Linux.

Manual transmission settings
If your car has a manual transmission, you need to select another gear in the factory settings. Otherwise you won't be able to get the stock camera image.
